Role Description The Production Planning Control role is a full-time hybrid position based in Semarang, with flexibility for working at the office and vendor's place. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, monitoring production progress, and resolving scheduling conflicts or delays. The role also involves analyzing capacity, lead times, and inventory levels, updating plans based on changing priorities, and preparing reports on production performance. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align production planning with business goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong production planning capabilities, including experience with Production Planning and Production Schedules in furniture industry (Min. 3 years)

• Strong character and trustworthy.

• Good English skill both oral and written.

• Demonstrated Planning and Analytical Skills to optimize workflows, capacity, and timelines.

• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present production status clearly.

• Experience in manufacturing or furniture production environments is highly beneficial.

• Proficiency with planning or ERP software and basic data analysis tools.

• Ability to work both on-site in Semarang and remotely in a hybrid setup.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Relevant diploma or degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
