Master Data Staff

About the role

PT. Emrik Trading Internasional is seeking a detail-oriented, quick-learning, and proactive Data Entry Specialist to support our growing operations in the furniture export industry. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate product specifications, managing production data, updated client profiles, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and overseas partners.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and manage high-volume data including product dimensions, material specifications, production schedules, and purchase orders.

• Cross-check data source documents against master files to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.

• Maintain organized digital archives of production tracking sheets, shipping documents, and client sign-up records.

• Coordinate with production planning, quality control, and sales teams to retrieve updated information and maintain database integrity.

• Prepare routine status reports and summaries for management and international clients as needed.

About you

• Advanced to fluent written and verbal English skills (essential for daily communication with international clients and drafting clear documentation).

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data entry, administrative support, or logistics within the furniture manufacturing or export trading sector.

• Exceptional precision and high accuracy rate when working with large numbers, intricate product codes, and technical hardware/material specifications.

• Excellent typing speed combined with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced MS Excel/Spreadsheets), web-based ERP systems, or project management software.

• Strong analytical mindset to catch discrepancies early and resolve missing data issues independently.
