Process Technician

Job Description:

• Support process engineer, line set-up and processes

• Ability to interpret the product documents, proper tools and equipment

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to determine the best concept and method for production

• Support senior technicians and engineers to monitor and analyze the product runs for continued improvement

• Able to take the initiative to recommend product improvements and understand the time & cost reduction of running flow

• Solve the process problem quickly and efficiently on the day shift and rolling shift

• Demonstrate good integrity & behavior consistent with the company's code ethics and conduct

• Adaptation in the job while the duties are modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business

Requirements:

• Experience in the PCBA/ Cable Harness environment is preferred

• Min. Diploma in Electronic Engineering/ IT (Fresh graduated as welcome)

• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

• Have excellent communication skills

• Familiar with Microsoft office literature
