Job Description :

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance and optimization of production processes for next-generation tobacco products (e.g., HNB, E-vapor).

2. Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance process stability, product quality, and production efficiency using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

3. Analyze and troubleshoot process abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

4. Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to support new product introduction and process validation activities.

5. Prepare and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), control plans, and technical documentation in English and Chinese.

6. Monitor key process parameters (KPP) and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Tobacco Engineering, or related fields.

2. At least 3 years of process engineering experience in the tobacco, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing industry.

3. Familiar with manufacturing processes of next-generation tobacco products and relevant equipment principles.

4. Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, 5 Why).

5. Proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language for reading technical documents, writing reports, and cross-border communication.

6. Strong logical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across different departments
