Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with Preschool or Kindergarten-age children.

• Ability to design Lesson Planning and contribute to Curriculum Development that supports holistic child development.

• Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a professional, respectful manner.

• Understanding of child development, classroom management, and inclusive teaching practices.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting young learners in a diverse classroom setting.
