Primary School Teachers

Location: Medan Deli, Indonesia

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Education:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Education, Science, Math, English or a related field.

2. Experience:

- At least 1 year of teaching experience in primary school subjects.

3. Language Proficiency:

- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

- Candidates with TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or Cambridge certifications are strongly preferred.

4. Subject Mastery:

- Strong knowledge and teaching skills in Primary Science, Math, and English

- Candidates will be required to pass a rigorous subject knowledge test as part of the recruitment process.

Recruitment Process

To ensure we hire only the best candidates, our recruitment process includes:

1. Initial Screening:

- Review of CVs and certifications.

2. Subject Mastery Test:

- Candidates will take a comprehensive test to assess their knowledge in Primary Science, Math, and English.

3. Teaching Demonstration:

- Shortlisted candidates will deliver a mini-lesson to demonstrate their teaching skills and ability to engage students.

4. Final Interview:

- A panel interview to discuss your experience, teaching philosophy, and suitability for the role.

5. Main Work

- Accepted teachers will be homeroom teachers handling most subjects, Bahasa based subjects and English Based subjects
