About the role

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Pool Attendant to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall experience of our guests at our pool facilities. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our pools and surrounding areas remain pristine, welcoming, and safe for all guests. This position is essential to delivering the exceptional hospitality standards that define Ini Vie Hospitality and contributes directly to guest satisfaction and retention.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain pool water quality by regularly testing chemical levels and ensuring proper filtration and circulation systems are functioning correctly

• Clean and sanitise pool areas, including decking, loungers, umbrellas, and surrounding spaces on a daily basis

• Monitor guest safety and enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a secure environment for all visitors

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as skimming debris, brushing pool walls, and emptying drain baskets

• Assist guests with pool-related requests, providing information about pool facilities, amenities, and water activities

• Stock and organise pool supplies, towels, and equipment in designated areas

• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediately

• Maintain detailed records of pool maintenance, chemical treatments, and cleaning schedules

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide courteous, professional customer service

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Pool Attendant, lifeguard, or in a similar hospitality or customer service role
