About the role

We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Production Staff to support daily manufacturing and packaging activities. You will help ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with GMP/CPOB, SOPs, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out manufacturing, filling, and packaging steps according to SOPs and the daily production schedule.

• Prepare materials, set up and operate production equipment, and monitor machine performance during runs.

• Record activities in batch records, logbooks, and checklists accurately and in real time.

• Perform basic in-process checks and report any deviation, equipment issue, or quality concern to your Senior Production Officer immediately.

• Apply hygiene, safety, and GMP/CPOB practices in every task, including gowning and line-clearance procedures.

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.

• Coordinate material handover and finished-goods transfer with Warehouse and QC teams according to procedures.

Requirements

• D3/S1 in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

• Basic awareness of GMP/CPOB and a willingness to learn production procedures.

• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs and work instructions accurately.

• Good teamwork and communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working English is a plus.

• Willing to work on the production floor and in rotating shifts when required.

• Preferred: internship or exposure to pharmaceutical, FMCG, food, or cosmetic manufacturing.
