WE’RE HIRING!

Permit & License Staff

📍 Location: East Java

ABOUT US:

Established in 2024 in Malang, Indonesia, PT Dua Pendekar Ayam is the powerhouse behind Dikichi — a bold fried chicken brand on a mission to serve high-quality, affordable fried chicken to the masses.

Our ambition? To become Indonesia’s No. 1 fried chicken brand and take it global.

At PT Dua Pendekar Ayam, culture is everything. We’re bold, fun, and impact-driven. Speed, resilience, agility, collaboration, and extreme ownership are not just values — they’re how we win. Here, people don’t just work. They grow, lead, and thrive.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized Permit & License Staff who understands that proper licensing and regulatory compliance are essential to supporting business operations and expansion in a growing F&B company.

This role is more than just handling administrative documents. You’ll be responsible for managing licensing applications, monitoring permit validity and renewal timelines, preparing regulatory documentation, and ensuring that business establishments comply with applicable government regulations. Your scope will cover business licenses, environmental permits, building permits, and operational licenses required for restaurant operations.

You’ll work closely with internal departments, external consultants, landlords, and government agencies to ensure that licensing processes run smoothly and efficiently. If you have strong coordination and negotiation skills, understand electronic licensing systems, and enjoy managing regulatory processes, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage Business Licensing Applications – Prepare, submit, and monitor business licensing applications, including the OSS system and Business Identification Number (NIB).

  • Handle Building Permits – Coordinate the application and processing of building-related permits, including PBG, SLF, and other relevant building approvals required for outlet establishment and operations.

  • Coordinate Environmental Permits – Manage environmental licensing documentation and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations.

  • Process Operational Licenses – Identify, prepare, and manage operational permits required for restaurant establishments in accordance with the company's business activities and applicable regulations.

  • Operate Government Licensing Systems – Utilize electronic licensing platforms, including OSS RBA, SIMBG, and local government licensing applications, to submit applications, track progress, and maintain licensing records.

  • Coordinate with Government Agencies – Communicate and follow up with relevant government institutions to clarify requirements, resolve administrative issues, and ensure timely permit processing.

  • Maintain Licensing Documentation – Prepare, organize, and archive licensing documents, application records, correspondence, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.

  • Monitor Permit Status & Validity – Track application progress, permit validity periods, renewal deadlines, and outstanding requirements to minimize the risk of operational delays or non-compliance.

  • Prepare Licensing Reports – Maintain licensing trackers and prepare periodic reports on application status, pending documents, permit renewals, and other relevant updates for management.

  • Support Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with internal teams, external consultants, landlords, and other stakeholders to fulfill licensing requirements for new outlets and existing business operations.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in licensing, permit administration, legal administration, or regulatory compliance.

  • Have a good understanding of business licensing procedures and applicable government regulations.

  • Are proficient in government electronic licensing systems, particularly OSS RBA, SIMBG, and local government licensing applications.

  • Understand business licensing requirements, including NIB, environmental permits, PBG, SLF, and other operational permits relevant to the company's business activities.

  • Have strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills when dealing with internal stakeholders and external parties.

  • Are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple licensing applications, administrative documents, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and able to prepare reports and maintain organized document archives.

  • Have experience coordinating with government agencies and established professional relationships with relevant officials.

  • Are proactive, persistent, and solution-oriented when handling licensing challenges and regulatory requirements.

  • Have experience in the F&B, restaurant, retail, property, or commercial building industry is an advantage.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

As Dikichi continues to grow and expand its restaurant network, proper licensing and regulatory compliance are critical to ensuring that every outlet can operate legally and efficiently. Each new location requires careful coordination of business licenses, building approvals, environmental documentation, and operational permits.

As a Permit & License Staff member, you’ll play an important role in ensuring that licensing requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time. Your work will help minimize regulatory risks, prevent licensing-related delays, and support smooth coordination between internal teams and government agencies.

This is an opportunity to contribute directly to Dikichi’s expansion by helping establish a reliable and well-organized licensing process that supports both new outlet openings and ongoing business operations.
