Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

PT Batik Sukses Sejahtera is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, offering a strategic opportunity to lead and optimise our digital marketing initiatives and drive measurable business results. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, with a focus on delivering strong return on investment and supporting the company's growth objectives. You will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing spend generates tangible outcomes and contributes directly to our commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships

• Manage and optimise marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on ad spend (ROAS)

• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Set measurable objectives for marketing campaigns and track progress towards achieving targets

• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates

• Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and designers to develop compelling marketing materials and creative assets

• Manage relationships with digital marketing platforms, advertising networks, and third-party vendors

• Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management

• Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies

• Mentor and support junior team members on best practices in performance marketing

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field

• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with demonstrated ROI improvements

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms

• Experience with programmatic advertising, PPC campaigns, and digital media buying platforms

• Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and funnel analysis

• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, email marketing platforms, and affiliate networks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with marketing automation tools

• Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

• Preferred certifications: Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, or similar digital marketing qualifications

• Experience working with e-commerce or consumer-facing brands is advantageous
