Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners and merchants.

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, partners, and merchants to expand the company's business network.

• Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and support.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner operations.

• Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Support partner onboarding, campaigns, and other partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

• No prior experience in the payment industry is required.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Experience in Partnership, Account Management, Fintech, or Payment industries is an advantage.
