Robotics Engineer (Pre-Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Support Epson Robotics pre-sales and application activities for customers, system integrators (SIs) and partners across Indonesia.
• Assist with robot programming, simulation, feasibility studies and Proof of Concept (POC) trials, with guidance from experienced Epson technical members.
• Support applications involving SCARA/6-axis robots, PLCs, machine vision, sensors, conveyor tracking and industrial communications.
• Support customer training, workshops, exhibitions and demo activities, and keep the Robotics Solution Center and demo equipment ready for use.

Requirements: 

• S1 (Bachelor's) degree, preferably in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Junior candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• University projects, internships, competitions or practical exposure involving robots, PLCs, machine vision, sensors, motion/control or automation are an advantage.
• Basic programming/automation knowledge, strong willingness to learn and interest in industrial robotics are important; Epson product and application training will be provided.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; willing to travel for field activities across Indonesia.

General Requirements:

Minimum GPA 2.50. Strong Bahasa Indonesia and good working English; Mandarin or Japanese is a plus. Curious, hands-on and eager to learn. Able to work well in a team and independently, stay organized and meet deadlines. Proficient with MS Office and PC-based technical applications.
