Manpower Cost & Efficiency Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

Responsible for the data monitoring and analysis of personnel attendance, work efficiency and labor costs of directly-operated outlets nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the discrepancy between the check-in data of the JTC system and the regional declaration data, and follow up on the cause of anomalies and the rectification progress

• Track and handle issues such as abnormal employee IDs, incorrect personnel information, and system data matching problems

• Combine the work efficiency of JFS business Data Analysis personnel in aspects such as Pickup and Delivery to identify inefficient personnel and those with continuous low efficiency

• Analyze the matching status between the manpower input of each directly-operated outlet and the actual business volume

• Monitor the discrepancies among outsourced manpower declaration data, actual attendance and final settlement

• Analyze the changes in labor costs and efficiency of national directly-operated stores, and identify abnormal growth and unreasonable investment

• Coordinate with each agency region to verify abnormal manpower issues and promote the implementation of rectification measures

• Establish and maintain a national ledger for monitoring and rectifying abnormal situations in directly-staffed human resources

• Regularly issue daily, weekly and monthly analysis reports on direct sales workforce, and provide improvement suggestions for the management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with more than two years since graduation must have relevant work experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proactive and outgoing personality.

• Chinese proficiency is preferred.
