Outlet Experience Associate

About the role

The Outlet Experience Associate is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience during daily operations by providing high-quality service, maintaining floor standards, and supporting smooth floor operations. This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction (CSAT) through proactive hospitality and efficient service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the BAKED. Service Sequence & Customer Service Commitment, offering authentic smiles and eye contact with standard greetings

• Guide guests to tables, explain outlet mapping, and introduce yourself by name

• Deliver food/drinks using F&B Service Sequences; ensure priority of beverages then foods

• Regularly check in with customers during service and at departure to ensure satisfaction and proactively prevent complaints

• Execute Opening, Running, and Closing Checklists to ensure the outlet is always guest-ready

• Perform continuous clear-up and clean-up of tables and maintain outlet cleanliness

• Ensure all service equipment (cutlery, trays, menus) are sanitized and stocked throughout the shift

• Learn customer names and regular orders to personalize the experience

• Proactively suggest menu items, highlight Limited Time Offers, and guide guests on how to order via POS or QR code

• Monitor and track inventory levels for consumables, cutleries, and merchandise; report low stock to the Outlet Experience Supervisor

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in a high-volume F&B service role or retail environment

• Deep understanding of service quality and inventory management at the service station

• Proficient in ESB POS systems and following procedures

• Strong communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments

• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and in an action-oriented manner

• Disciplined, action-oriented, high personal hygiene, and a feel-good attitude

• Understanding of dietary restrictions, allergens, and ability to name every ingredient in the menu
