Organizational Development and Culture Management

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend organizational structure, manpower needs, and MPP alignment based on business strategy

• Analyze competency needs and facilitate the development of technical and non-technical competencies

• Review and improve career development systems and employee career paths

• Evaluate and update Job Description, Role & Responsibility, and job value across positions

• Develop, implement, and evaluate company culture internalization programs

• Analyze workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness to support business strategy

• Drive employee involvement in culture development and innovation initiatives

• Evaluate and improve business processes to enhance organizational effectiveness

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in Organization Development, HR, or related areas

• Experience in Organization Design, Manpower Planning, Competency, Career Development, or Performance Management

• Good understanding of organizational structure, job analysis, competency, and business processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
