Operations Logistic Staff

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Logistic Staff to join PT Hanaro TNS Indonesia in a full-time capacity based in South Jakarta. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our warehousing and distribution operations. You will play a key part in ensuring efficient logistics operations, from inventory management to shipment coordination, supporting the strategic objectives of our organisation and maintaining our reputation for reliable service delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and overseeing daily operations

• Coordinating and conducting regular to maintain accuracy

• Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms and delivery notes

• Liaising with drivers, customers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments

• Monitoring safety standards and ensuring compliance with operational procedures

• Assisting in the optimisation of logistics routes to improve efficiency

• Tracking shipments and maintaining updated records of all logistics transactions

• Supporting the logistics team in troubleshooting any operational issues or delays

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives performance

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in operations, logistics coordination or a related field

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling shipping documentation

• Proficiency in using management systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, customers and external partners

• Logistics/shipping licenses or certifications are a plus.

  PPJK certification is highly preferred

• Problem-solving ability and flexibility in adapting to changing operational needs

• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in logistic environments

• Preferably fluent in both Indonesian and English
