About the role

A cleaning service role focused on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across clinic facilities, with an emphasis on customer service and professional presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform greeting with 5 S principles (Senyum, sapa, salam, sopan dan santun) to customers, both internal and external (client)

• Maintain proper grooming standards

• Conduct routine daily cleaning across all clinic areas including cabin areas, toilets, doctor's rooms, consultation rooms, fincon, front desk and other public areas

• Follow cleanliness and tidiness checklists for each area

About you

• Minimum SMA/equivalent education (all majors)

• Minimum 1 year experience as cleaning service

• Experience in clinic, dental, gym or service industry preferred
