About the role

Kasir (Receptionist) role at a hospitality, beauty clinic, or dental facility, welcoming clients and managing front desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients arriving at the front desk in a friendly and polite manner

• Provide information about available products and treatments

• Register clients

• Manage telephone activities

• Manage walk-in clients and visitors, greeting them with a welcoming manner

• Create treatment schedules for clients

About you

• Minimum education: SMU or D3 (all majors)

• Minimum 2 years experience as a frontliner in hospitality, beauty clinic, or dental field

• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Service oriented, disciplined with good communication skills

• Detail oriented, thorough, honest and responsible

• Neat appearance

• English language skills preferred
