Network Operation Center (NOC Staff)

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in a related field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, or equivalent)

• Maximum age of 30 years old

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, internet systems, and email services

• Proficient in networking and routing concepts such as TCP/IP, with hands-on experience using routers (e.g., Cisco, Mikrotik, etc.)

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to resolving hardware, software, and network issues

• Familiar with operating systems including Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Linux

• Basic knowledge of programming and database management

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team

• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure system availability and reliability

• Provide remote technical support and handle troubleshooting for network-related issues
