Marketing Communication Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing hotel marketing communications, OTA operations, rate loading, Dartslive expansion, and sports-related events, requiring professional fluency in both Indonesian and English, with Mandarin as a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall marketing strategy and production of promotional materials including flyers, videos, and digital campaigns by directing the graphic designer, video editor, and event recording staff.

• Supervise the reservation agent to ensure accurate rate loading across all digital distribution channels and OTAs, while maintaining reliable tracking of all incoming bookings.

• Manage the distribution and placement of Dartslive machines in new partner bars across Batam.

• Build and nurture active local darters communities and organize regular local leagues and international tournaments.

• Plan, source, and execute sports and tourism-driven events utilizing the multi-purpose sport hall.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or business development, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry.

• Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written); proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and commercial mindset with a passion for events, community building, and sportainment.
