About the role

Mandarin Speaker position supporting communication between Indonesian employees and Mandarin-speaking management and workers at a manufacturing/foundry environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support communication between Indonesian employees and Mandarin-speaking management and workers

• Perform oral and written translation as needed by the company

• Assist in translating documents, work instructions, and internal communications

• Accompany meetings or operational activities requiring Mandarin translation

• Help coordinate between departments regarding Mandarin communication

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification from any major

• Able to speak and write Mandarin well

• Able to communicate fluently in Indonesian and Mandarin

• Able to translate Mandarin ↔ Indonesian communication in work activities

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work individually and in teams

• Thorough, responsible, disciplined, and have problem-solving abilities

• Willing to work in a manufacturing/foundry environment

• Experience as a Mandarin interpreter/translator is an added value

• Fresh graduates with good Mandarin abilities are welcome to apply
