Management Trainee

About the role

GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing team in East Nusa Tenggara. This is a full-time position designed to develop the next generation of business leaders within our organisation. As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to all aspects of general business management and operations, working across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of how we drive success in the sustainable ventures sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from experienced managers whilst contributing meaningfully to our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational plans

• Assist in the coordination of cross-functional projects and initiatives across multiple departments

• Contribute to the analysis of business performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management

• Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of staff members

• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and assist in documenting outcomes and action items

• Help identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost efficiency

• Support the development of business proposals and tender submissions

• Gain practical experience in financial planning, budgeting and resource management

• Undertake special projects and assignments as delegated by management

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics or a related discipline

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to think strategically

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly

• Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant business software

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• A genuine interest in sustainable business practices and environmental responsibility

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally, with a commitment to continuous improvement

• Ability to work independently and take initiative whilst collaborating with colleagues

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
