About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Management Trainee to join GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia in West Nusa Tenggara. This is a full-time position that offers an exceptional opportunity to develop your management and business acumen within a growing organisation. As a Management Trainee, you will work across various business units and departments, gaining comprehensive exposure to general management practices, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence. This role is designed to fast-track your development into a future management leader within our organisation, providing structured training and mentorship alongside real-world business experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of business strategies across assigned departments or business units

• Assist in the analysis of business performance metrics, financial data, and operational reports to identify areas for improvement

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that contribute to organisational objectives

• Support the planning and execution of operational activities, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine business processes and efficiency improvements

• Contribute to the development of training materials, standard operating procedures, and documentation for business units

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning efforts

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business development and problem-solving

• Support the management of budgets, resources, and timelines for assigned projects

• Engage with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and community partners, to understand business needs and opportunities

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex business situations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data analysis tools

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• A keen interest in sustainability, environmental responsibility, and business innovation

• Willingness to learn and develop professional capabilities through structured training and mentorship

• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business needs

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is highly desirable

• Previous internship or work experience in a management, business, or operational role is advantageous but not essential
