Maintenance Supervisor - Processing/Packaging/Preventive

Job Description:

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

• Determine the priority and sequence of maintenance work based on urgency and impact on operations.

• Coordinate with production team and related departments to determine the most appropriate time to carry out maintenance.

• Create and manage work orders for all maintenance activities, including assigning tasks to technicians.

• Analyze the spare parts needed in the area of ​​responsibility to be proposed to the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor, especially in Food/Beverage Industry (Preventive, Processing or Packaging).

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

• Have a good knowledge and skills of production processes and machinery.

• Have a good understanding of Six Sigma.

• Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed, and quality, and implementing new ones as required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experienced in managing a team.

• Willing to be placed in Majalengka or Bandung, West Java.
