Maintenance Staff – F&B Multi-Outlet

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of restaurant equipment across multiple outlets.

• Check and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment such as freezer, chiller, and refrigerator.

• Perform maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, AC, and other outlet facilities.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts, repairs, and servicing when required.

• Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly and support daily restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or similar industries.

• Good understanding of refrigeration systems, including freezer, chiller, and refrigerator.

• Familiar with electrical, plumbing, AC, and general building/facility maintenance.

• Able to troubleshoot equipment and handle basic repairs independently.

• Good coordination and communication skills, especially when working with external vendors.

• Willing to work across multiple outlets in Jakarta.

• Willing to work on a 6 days on, 1 day off schedule.
