PT Usaha Sejahtera Semua (USS) is part of Adhya Group and operates across the Food & Beverage business. USS oversees various F&B operations, including the Squid Game: The Experience Jakarta – F&B Area, Central Kitchen, and other F&B outlets.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with an interest in finance to join our team as an Senior Finance Officer.

Job Description

• Perform daily financial transaction input, recording, and checking accurately.

• Manage invoices, petty cash, reimbursements, and payment documents while ensuring all supporting documents are complete.

• Conduct regular reconciliation of sales, payment, and financial data.

• Prepare financial administration reports and maintain accurate and organized documentation and filing.

• Ensure financial administration records and supporting documents are properly maintained and accessible when needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum D3/D4/S1 education, preferably majoring in Accounting.

• Experience in finance administration in F&B industry is preferred.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documents.

• Able to perform data input, reconciliation, and financial administration tasks accurately.

• Well-organized in managing documents and filing.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work at Squid Game: The Experience Venue – Agora Mall and Cideng, Jakarta.

• Employment status: Contract.
