  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, facility performance, and maintenance efficiency.

2. Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end projects across company facilities, including new outlet openings, renovations, fit-outs, relocations, and facility improvement projects.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and work schedules to ensure projects are completed according to approved plans.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

  • Coordinate project activities from initial site assessment and design development through construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational needs.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide regular progress reports to Management.

3. Technical Supervision & Facility Management
