Maintenance Planning

PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Serang Mill is Paper Manufacture, part of Asia Pulp Paper. Located in Serang - Banten, our manufacturing complex spans 550 hectares and operates with a production capacity of more than 1,000 tons per day. The main products of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Serang Mill are packaging papers. Our mill is equipped with advanced paper machines that are fully capable of supporting large-scale production requirements.

Join our team as a Maintenance Manager, leading maintenance strategy and execution to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, optimize maintenance cost, drive continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing maintenance team within our paper mill operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant engineering discipline

• Relevant experience in maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling, or plant maintenance

• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

• Experience in maintenance backlog management, shutdown planning, and overhaul planning

• Understanding of equipment design, engineering drawings, technical specifications, equipment modification, and maintainability improvement

• Familiar with CMMS / ERP maintenance systems such as SAP PM or equivalent

• Good understanding of maintenance work processes, equipment reliability, spare parts planning, and resource planning

• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills

Job Descriptions :

• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans

• Prepare and coordinate maintenance schedules based on operational priorities and resource availability

• Monitor and manage maintenance backlog, ensuring critical work is properly prioritized and followed up

• Plan maintenance activities including manpower, materials, spare parts, tools, and required resources

• Prepare and coordinate shutdown and overhaul maintenance planning

• Develop and review maintenance strategies, job plans, maintenance procedures, and work methods

• Support the design and improvement of maintenance systems, equipment modifications, and maintenance-related engineering solutions to improve reliability, maintainability, safety, and efficiency

• Review equipment drawings, technical specifications, maintenance requirements, and engineering documents as part of maintenance planning activities

• Coordinate with Engineering and related functions on equipment modification, improvement, and redesign activities

• Ensure maintenance work orders are properly planned, scheduled, executed, and closed

• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other related functions

• Monitor maintenance plan compliance and identify opportunities to improve maintenance effectiveness and equipment reliability

• Analyze maintenance data and provide regular reporting on maintenance performance, backlog, and schedule adherence
