Tanggung jawab

1. Communicate verbally and in writing in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia with various parties in the company
2. Coordinate the scheduling and progress of tasks and projects from superiors
3. Handling and following up on data and documents
4. Communicate and cooperate with various company stakeholders
5. Assist in organizing meetings, taking meeting notes and translation
6. Will take a part in shoes end to end process (by knowledge)

Persyaratan

1. Minimum education D-III (all majors)
2. Ability to speak Chinese (orally and in writing)
3. Having HSK certificate will be an added value
4. Able to operate MS.Office application
5. Good communication skills
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and can work together in a team.
