GENERAL MAINTENANCE STAFF

We are looking for a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Staff to ensure all facilities and operational equipment are maintained in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs on building facilities and operational equipment (electrical, plumbing, AC, etc.).

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks.

• Handle urgent repair issues efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with external vendors when necessary.

• Maintain maintenance records and prepare periodic reports.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of technical and maintenance areas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum vocational high school (SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Engineering, or related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance (experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry is preferred).

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and air conditioning maintenance.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented, responsive, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work shifts if required.
