Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.

Experience in a quality restaurant or hotel.

Good knowledge of Western / European cuisine.

Strong food preparation and cooking skills.

Able to manage and organize a kitchen section independently.

Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Able to maintain consistent quality and presentation.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
