What you'll be doing

• Plan and coordinate deliveries based on production schedules, customer demand, and transportation capacity to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents prior to dispatch to minimize administrative errors and delivery delays.

• Monitor delivery schedules and performance to ensure compliance with established SLAs and distribution targets.

• Coordinate with the Loading Delivery Foreman to ensure proper loading procedures and product handling during dispatch.

• Prepare delivery performance reports and analysis to support process improvement and distribution optimization.

• Follow up on delivery issues, including delays and product returns, to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with transportation safety regulations and company operational standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.

• Good understanding of delivery planning, inventory flow, transportation, and distribution processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external parties.
