Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare competitive rates for sea & air freight services

• Update pricing data, analyze market rates, and issue accurate quotations

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term cooperation

• Assist customers with all their shipping needs and inquiries smoothly, working together with operational division (CS)

• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to verify costs and service terms

Job Specifications

• Min. 1 year experience in logistics pricing or freight forwarding; fresh graduates welcome

• Understand export-import flow, freight calculation, and service terms

• Strong analytical skill, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Good communication, service-oriented, and able to build good customer relations

• Able to communicate in English & Indonesian is preferred
