Key Account Executive (Pricing)

Position: Pricing & Freight Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop competitive pricing structures for ocean and air freight services based on up-to-date market insights

• Secure the most cost-effective rates by directly verifying and confirming tariff changes with shipping lines and carriers

• Maintain updated pricing records, analyze market rate trends, and issue precise quotations

• Collaborate closely with the entire sales team to deliver optimal pricing solutions for every client request

• Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, and internal departments to validate cost breakdowns and service conditions

• Support customer service teams in addressing shipping inquiries and rate-related questions

• Ensure all pricing data and quotations are accurately documented and traceable

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in freight pricing or freight forwarding; fresh graduates are welcome

• Familiarity with export–import procedures, freight cost calculation, and carrier service terms

• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication, service-minded, and able to build solid working relationships

• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian is preferred
