Live Streaming Host

About the role

This position is responsible for hosting engaging live streaming sessions, clearly explaining products, and helping increase sales. You will host live streams according to schedule with a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions according to schedule with a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional attitude

• Conduct live streaming with a total duration of 6 hours per day, according to scheduled session divisions

• Study and explain product benefits, advantages, variants, and usage methods in easy-to-understand language

• Demonstrate products directly so viewers understand the shape, details, and usefulness

• Answer questions and build positive interaction with viewers

• Communicate price information, discounts, vouchers, and promotions accurately

• Direct viewers to select products and make purchases

• Coordinate with the operational team regarding product readiness, stock, and promotions before and during live sessions

• Maintain appearance, cleanliness of the live area, and professional company image

• Participate in evaluations and training to improve hosting quality, interaction, and sales target achievement

About you

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera

• Clear, friendly, and persuasive communication skills

• Interested in sales, social media, and e-commerce

• Quick to learn product information and able to explain it in your own words

• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work well with a team

• Willing to work with a shift system, including weekends or holidays according to schedule

• Experience as a live streaming host, sales person, presenter, or content creator is a plus

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply if they have good communication skills and willingness to learn
