The company was established and developed in Bali since 2022 by Chinese registered architects and many Chinese real estate development experts, and currently has several resort, apartment complex, and villa projects under construction

PT Kaileuang Yeelin Investment is seeking a proactive, agile, and sharp Legal Counsel / Company Lawyer to lead startup licensing processes and safeguard business operations in Bali. This role requires a licensed Advocate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prefers tactical problem-solving.

• Work Location: Bali.

• Domicile: Candidates currently residing in Bali are highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expedite company licensing from start to finish, including OSS, NIB, KBLI, PBG, SLF, and other operational permits in Bali

• Act as the company's official legal representative and assist management in handling any legal matters or disputes (both litigation and non-litigation)

• Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements, partnership contracts, and internal legal documents to ensure business safety

• Maintain direct and effective communication with Notaries, PPAT, BPN, Licensing Offices, and local authorities

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H. / Sarjana Hukum)

• Must hold a valid Advocate License (PERADI or other official bar associations) to provide legal representation

• Hands-on experience or solid understanding of PBG, SLF, OSS systems, and the Startup/PT PMA ecosystem

• Practical knowledge of local procedures in Bali, integrity, and a solution-oriented mindset

• Good communication skills (English as daily conversation, Mandarin can be a plus)
