Learning & Development Intern

About the role

Lippo Indonesia is looking for a Learning & Development Intern to support employee learning initiatives, with placement at Karawaci, Tangerang. This role involves exploring new knowledge, curating learning resources, and transforming valuable insights into meaningful self-learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and curate learning resources that support employee growth and development

• Review and evaluate learning content to ensure its relevance, quality, and applicability

• Transform key insights from various learning resources into engaging self-learning materials

• Support the design and development of learning content that encourages continuous learning

• Organize and maintain learning resources to ensure accessibility and usability

• Research emerging learning trends and identify opportunities to enhance the employee learning experience

• Support other Learning & Development initiatives and projects as required

Requirements

• Final-year students or fresh graduates, preferably majoring in Psychology

• No ongoing classes or academic commitments

• Available to work Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30, on a full WFO basis

• Enjoy reading, researching, and exploring new ideas and topics

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and evaluate relevant information

• Good written communication skills and attention to detail

• Creative in organizing and presenting information in an engaging and structured way

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
