Career Development Officer or Staf

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma’s Degree (D3/D4/S1) in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, HR, Education, or related fields.

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, HR/Talent Acquisition, Career Services, or Hospitality. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proven experience in building partnerships, stakeholder management, and client relations.

• Experience working with international markets and cross-cultural environments is highly preferred.

• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.

• Proactive, target-oriented, adaptable, and professional in dealing with corporate partners, academics, and students.

• High integrity, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.
