About the program

To develop a highly skilled marketing and sales team equipped with the necessary knowledge, strategies, and tools to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase sales performance

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

- Build relationships with customers, pitch products or services, negotiate sales prices, contact/maintain customers throughout the sales process

- Mentor team member to help them achieve individual & team objectives

- Monitor marketing and sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvements

- Support the execution of promotional campaigns, trade marketing, and brand activations

Qualifications

- Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Sales

- Minimum GPA 3.00

- Fresh graduate or max 1 years of work experience

- Proven leadership and management experiences in Campus or Student Organizations

- Passionate about Marketing and Sales

- Problem solver, agile, and have a growth mindset

- Effective teammate with strong communication

- Have driving license (A/C)

- Willing to be placed all around Indonesia, particularly in Pulau Sulawesi
