About the role

Kepala Gudang (Warehouse Manager) responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse operational activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role involves ensuring accuracy of inventory against documentation, managing stock levels with accurate and regular recording, and maintaining organized, safe, and systematic warehouse arrangement. The position requires leading warehouse staff, conducting regular stock checks, implementing work procedures and safety standards, and coordinating with related departments to ensure smooth distribution processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operational activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods

• Ensure accuracy of quantity and condition of goods against receiving and shipping documents

• Manage inventory and ensure stock recording is conducted accurately and regularly

• Ensure goods are arranged in the warehouse in an organized, safe, and systematic manner

• Oversee the process of picking, packing, and shipping goods according to orders and established schedules

• Lead, assign tasks, and supervise warehouse staff performance to ensure effective operations

• Conduct periodic stock checks (stock opname) and follow up on any inventory discrepancies

• Ensure implementation of work procedures, cleanliness, safety, and occupational health standards in the warehouse area

• Prepare reports on stock, receiving, dispatch, and warehouse operational activities regularly

• Coordinate with related departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Admin, and Finance to ensure smooth distribution processes

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably D3/S1 in Management, Logistics, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in warehousing; preferably with experience as Warehouse Manager or warehouse supervisor position

• Understanding of receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control processes

• Understanding of container loading and unloading processes (from receiving to TKBM provision)

• Ability in stock management, warehouse administration, and stock opname implementation

• Able to operate Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and warehouse administration or inventory systems

• Strong leadership, coordination, and team supervision capabilities

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, firm, and responsible

• Able to work based on targets, solve problems, and make operational decisions

• Able to work independently and in teams, and coordinate with other departments

• Willing to be placed in Kec. Jatiasih, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat
