About the role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Junior Marketing Manager to execute local marketing initiatives in Indonesia. Working under the direction of the Country CEO and in close coordination with the HQ Marketing Team, this role ensures that marketing activities are implemented on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing initiatives directed by HQ, including advertising, mall marketing, events, brand collaborations, in-store visual merchandising (VM), social media, PR, and influencer/KOL campaigns

• Coordinate with internal teams, including Store Operations, Store Development, and Finance & Accounting, as well as external partners such as shopping malls, media, influencers, agencies, and vendors, to ensure smooth campaign execution

• Coordinate influencer collaborations, including communication, campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow-up

• Monitor marketing expenditure against the approved budget, maintain accurate records, and flag potential overspending

• Track marketing activities and prepare timely reports using the company’s standard templates

About you

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail or F&B industry

• Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently

• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required
