Junior Key Account (MT)

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Key Account to support our Modern Trade business. This role will focus on managing retail relationships, driving sales performance, ensuring product availability, and executing in-store promotional activities across key retail accounts such as Sociolla, Guardian, and Watsons.

Key Responsibilities

• Support relationships and day-to-day coordination with modern trade accounts and retail partners.

• Monitor sales performance, sell-out, stock availability, and product expiry dates.

• Ensure product visibility, shelf placement, merchandising, and promotional execution meet brand standards.

• Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor retail execution, planogram compliance, and promotional displays.

• Execute trade marketing activities, product launches, and promotional programs to drive sales.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in the beauty and healthcare categories.

• Prepare sales reports and identify opportunities to improve account performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, Merchandising, or Retail Operations, preferably in Beauty, Healthcare, or FMCG.

• Good understanding of modern trade operations, merchandising, and retail execution.

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to work full-time WFO at our Bintaro, South Tangerang office.

• Holds a valid SIM C and is willing to conduct regular store visits.
