Regulatory Affairs & Halal Certification Specialist

Job Description

• Manage BPOM registration for imported cosmetics, skincare, vitamins, and supplements.

• Prepare and review regulatory documents, product formulations, ingredients, claims, and labeling.

• Manage halal certification processes and ensure compliance with Indonesian halal regulations.

• Coordinate with import teams and overseas principals to ensure regulatory requirements are met before shipment.

• Monitor regulatory updates and maintain product compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.

• 1–2 years of experience in BPOM registration and halal certification, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or bodycare.

• Good understanding of BPOM regulations, halal certification procedures, and import requirements.

• Familiarity with cosmetic ingredients, formulations, claims, and labeling.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure.

• Able to independently manage halal certification processes.

• Relevant certifications in halal assurance, halal supervision, or regulatory affairs are an advantage.
