Junior Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Build, research, and qualify lead lists while maintaining accurate and up to date CRM records.

• Manage inbound and outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

• Qualify English speaking prospects, guide them through the sales process, and follow up through to deal closure.

2. Marketing & Brand Consistency

• Ensure consistency across outreach messages, marketing content, and investor materials in terms of messaging, figures, and tone.

• Develop marketing and advertising ideas and assist in testing and evaluating their effectiveness.

• Monitor the sales funnel from initial contact to deal closure and report on channel performance and conversion rates.

3. Market & Competitor Research

• Research competitors, including their products or services, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

• Translate research findings into clear sales talking points, value propositions, and marketing strategies.

4. Investor Relations & Process Development

• Support the development and improvement of processes throughout the investor lifecycle, from initial contact and onboarding to ongoing relationship management.

• Prepare and maintain templates, checklists, and follow-up procedures to ensure professional, consistent, and timely investor communication.
