IT Strategic & Innovation Development Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities to support the organization's strategic objectives and business growth.

• Develop and maintain the IT Innovation Roadmap by assessing business needs, evaluating technology opportunities, and recommending initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

• Lead and coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC), pilot projects, and innovation initiatives, including feasibility assessments, performance evaluation, and implementation recommendations.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment between technology initiatives and organizational priorities.

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, evaluation criteria, and decision-making processes for innovation initiatives while ensuring compliance with IT Governance, Risk Management, and regulatory requirements, and tracking benefit realization outcomes

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Strategy, IT Innovation, Digital Transformation, Technology Planning, or related areas

• Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic analysis, develop business cases, and assess the value, risks, and feasibility of technology investments

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Familiarity with IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance frameworks
