IT Project Management Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Project Management / PMO, including at least 3 years in a Manager- level role or leading a PMO/Project Management function.

• Strong experience managing IT project portfolios within large-scale, multi-site organizations, preferably in the F&B, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, or other nationwide enterprise industries.

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IT projects, including ERP, POS, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, or other enterprise applications from planning through implementation.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource planning, timeline management, risk management, dependency management, and change request management.

• Hands-on experience applying Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies based on business and project requirements.

• Proven experience developing and implementing PMO governance, project frameworks, SOPs, templates, and project management standards.

• Experienced in managing project portfolio dashboards, milestone tracking, KPI monitoring, executive reporting, and portfolio performance reviews.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Supply Chain.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or other relevant Project Management certifications will be an advantage.

• Willing to work full on-site (WFO) in Malang, East Java.
