HRIS Manager

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end HR Systems infrastructure. This position is dedicated strictly to HRIS management, system governance, and tech-driven process improvements. You will be responsible for driving HR digitalization initiatives, ensuring system scalability, and supporting business operations through modern HR technology. Prior experience managing HRIS for multinational-scale workforces will be a strong advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of specialized experience in HRIS or HR Systems, including at least 3 years in an HRIS managerial role.

• Mandatory hands-on experience in managing and operating the Talenta HRIS platform.

• Strong functional understanding of end-to-end HR (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Employee Database Management, and Attendance)

• Proven track record in leading end-to-end HRIS projects, including system implementation, configuration, data migration, system enhancement, and continuous maintenance.

• Demonstrated experience in initiating and supporting HR digitalization and process improvements across the organization.

• Strong data analytics and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or relevant analytics tools.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.

• Willing to be based Full WFO in Malang, East Java.
