Hotel Operations Manager

What you will do?

• Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards.

• Liaise with internal departments to effectively manage properties.

• Analyze business performance and coordinate with property owners on long-term goals.

• Develop new initiatives to maximize growth and meet customer needs.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in Hotel Management, Operations Management with several properties/area

• Ability to supervise operational team in Star rating Hotel

• A bachelor's degree is required, with preference for those in Hospitality,Tourism, or related fields.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal department and property staff.

• Analytical abilities for business performance evaluation and long-term planning.

• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
