IT & Operations (Internship)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess current-state manual processes within IT & Operations

• Map and document process flows to identify automation opportunities

• Define and propose automation and digitalization solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and priorities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of automated solutions

Required Skills / Field of Study:

• Process analysis and documentation (e.g. process mapping, SOP)

• Knowledge of automation and digitalization concepts (RPA workflow tools, system enhancement)

• Basic understanding of IT systems and operations

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Stakeholder communication and coordination skills
