IT Development & Business Analyst Manager

About the role

Lead and develop a combined team of Software Developers and Business Analysts, building a high-performance and collaborative environment. Oversee the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. Define and drive technical strategy, system architecture, and technology roadmaps, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a combined team of Software Developers and Business Analysts, building a high-performance and collaborative environment

• Oversee the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives

• Define and drive technical strategy, system architecture, and technology roadmaps, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions

• Lead Business Analysis activities, translating business needs into functional specifications, product requirements, and technology solutions

• Drive product roadmap development, feature prioritization, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for digital product enhancement

• Partner with Project Managers, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, business teams, and external stakeholders to deliver technology solutions effectively

• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs to improve development productivity and create innovative business solutions

• Continuously identify opportunities to automate business processes, improve system architecture, and generate business value through technology

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Development and Business Analysis, with strong exposure to software development

• Experience leading or managing Developers and Business Analysts is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Business Analysis, system development, and digital product management

• Experience with retail business processes and operations is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of programming, IT infrastructure, system integration, and enterprise application development

• Exposure in tech stack using Golang is preferred

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent English communication skills
